Welcome to Estate Mate. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use of Platform

Estate Mate provides property listings, chatbot-assisted matchmaking, and consultant services for informational and lead-generation purposes only. Listings do not constitute a binding offer, and final pricing is confirmed only through a signed reservation form with the developer.

2. Privacy and Ghost Mode

You may browse and interact with our assistant without creating an account. Ghost Mode sessions are recorded internally to improve recommendations but are never sold to third parties. Claiming a Ghost Mode session upon registration links your prior browsing history to your account.

3. Payments and Reservations

Reservation deposits are payable directly to the developer or through Estate Mate as a facilitator. All payment plans, down payments, and installment schedules are subject to the referenced developer's final contract terms.

4. Limitation of Liability

Estate Mate acts as an intermediary and consultative platform. We are not liable for delivery delays, construction quality, or contractual disputes between buyers and developers.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
